Claudine D. Nelson passed peacefully in her sleep early morning on June 4th, 2025. She was proceeded in death by Her Father Norman Keefer, Mother Lylath Mae Keefer, Husband Maj. Gen. Douglas T. Nelson, and Daughter Katherine E. Morrow. She is survived by Life partner Peter Wylie, Granddaughter Desiree A. Morrow and life partner Kelly Baray.
Claudine Nelson (Woman who carries the Rainbow) lived to paint. She loved to paint Southwest landscapes, portraits, still life, and Native American Life. One of her best accomplishments was that she got to learn from Odon Hullenkremer a famous painter when she was in her teens. She is an accomplished graduate from the Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, France. She has spent her life cooking gourmet meals for her friends and loved ones. Claudine lived for the finer things in life but, loved to get her hands dirty with planting rose bushes in her yard. She was an artist, wife, Mother and last but not least her final was being a grandmother. She was loved by many of her friends in her small circle. Claudine will be laid to rest with her parents at Page City Cemetery.
