Clay was born in Wichita, Kansas, and made his home in Haysville, Kansas, where spent much of his life building not only a career, but meaningful memories with those he loved. One of his greatest joys was riding his Harley-Davidson, embracing the open road and living life on his own terms. He had a free spirit and always tried to make the best of life in the ways he knew how.
He is survived by his brothers, Brad Loper and Kirk Loper; his beloved daughters, Crystal Loper and Diamond Loper; and his six cherished grandchildren: Kayden Loper, Adalynn Dull, Alayna Tullis, Amarah, Parker Dull, and Aria. His family meant everything to him, and his love for them will live on through each of them.Clay was preceded in death by his parents, Joyce and Marvin Loper, and his brothers, Bruce Loper and Mark Loper.
