Clayton Michael Werley, 71, passed away on Wednesday, November 12, 2025. Born April 28, 1954, "Mike", as he preferred to be known, was the youngest son of the late George and Jean (Wetherhold) Werley and husband of Donna M. (Bowen) Werley, his high school sweetheart and beloved wife of 52 years. He was the founder and CEO of Werley Heating and Air Conditioning. With his wife, Mike also became an award-winning property developer with Liberty Plaza office building in Allentown. Additionally, Mike was a long-serving volunteer Emergency Medical Technician at Cetronia Ambulance Corps, a church elder, and lately a member at Calvary Baptist Church, Allentown, PA.
In addition to his wife Donna, Mike is survived by his children, Dr. Matthew Werley of Salzburg, Austria and Christopher D. Werley of Palm Beach, FL, grandchildren Sebastian and Maximilian Werley, and brother Ralph Werley of Boyertown. He was predeceased by his brother Skip Werley.
Services will be held privately at the family's convenience. Heintzelman-Stephens Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
