He was the husband to Kelly Cristina Campos, father of Matheus Souza Silva, Mariany Souza Silva, Lara Luiza De Arruda Silva, and Pedro Otavio Campos Silva, and a son of Otavio Da Silva Pinto and Perpetua Arruda.
He made his living as a construction laborer for D.A. Boston Services.
A visitation honoring Clecio will be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McKenna-Ouellette Funeral Home, located at 327 Hildreth Street in Lowell, Massachusetts. On Thursday, March 19, 2026 a graveside service will take place at Westlawn II Cemetery, 305 Boston Rd, Lowell, MA, beginning at 10:00 AM.
