Clifford "Cliff" Jones, age 94, of Woodbury, MN passed away peacefully on October 6, 2024 in Troy, Missouri. "Well Done My Good And Faithful Servant."
Clifford was also known as Father, Dad, Grandpa, Pepaw, Uncle Bud and the Great Prankster. He loved his family dearly and loved his Savior even more. He's always been heaven bound and never missed an opportunity to share his testimony or the plan of Salvation. He collected testimonies in his book - Testimonies of Miracles, where he shared the power of Jesus Christ in hope that others will see Christ as well. He loved his family near and far, his church, hunting, fishing, and spending his summers with his loving wife at the lake. He looked forward to the day of being reunited with the love of his life and hearing the Lord say "Well Done My Good and Faithful Servant."
Clifford will be deeply missed by his children, Gary (Lynnea) Jones, Michael (Therese) Jones, Janice (Ed) Shafer; 6 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife Delores; parents George and Esther Jones and siblings Florence Thomas, Laverne Thomas, Kenneth McCumber, John McCumber and Donald Jones.
Funeral Service will be at 3 PM on Sunday, October 13, 2024 at Light The Way Church, 7000 Jamaica Ave. S.; Cottage Grove, MN with a visitation from 2-3 PM prior to the service. All are invited to a luncheon following service. Private interment will take place at Newport Cemetery in Newport, MN.
In lieu of flowers, memorial are preferred to go to the Gideons International Ministry - Camp Number U24135.
