Clint Lee Dimmett, 57, passed away on March 14, 2025, in Lynnville, IN. with the Blessed Assurance of Heaven in his heart!
Clint was born on April 23, 1967, in Evansville, IN. to the late James Aaron and Greta Mae (Breckwinkle) Dimmett.
Among many of Clints favorite things was the joy he found in all his nieces and nephews, and he always showered them with many extravagant gifts. He loved all of his 1985 Tecumseh Classmates and also really enjoyed planning and organizing all the many things with "The Dogs". He was extremely honored to play on the Tecumseh football team and loved being a member of the L.A. Dirt Riders Club. He was retired from UPS Teamsters Local #710, and a member of the Lynnville Methodist Church.
Clint was a dreamer, he loved talking endlessly about future plans, the latest of which included his cross-country journey to Alaska for the Iditarod race and then south ending up at Key West in his flip flops.
Clint was very patriotic. He respected and appreciated the United States and all Veterans. He would always keep American flags on all of the poles around the 40 acre farm at home.
Clint is preceded in death by his parents; James Aaron Dimmett and Greta Mae (Breckwinkle) Dimmett, paternal grandparents; Arch Dimmett and Ethel Belle (Barton) Dimmett, maternal grandparents; Victor Joseph Breckwinkle and Iva Pearl (Groll) Breckwinkle, brother-in-law; Steve Noffsinger, nephew; Ethan James Noffsinger.
Clint is survived by his siblings; Daniel Ray (Jesse) Dimmett, James Aaron Jr. (Janis) Dimmett, Lana Jo (Tharon) Freudenberg, Lori Lynn Noffsinger, Chris Aaron Dimmett, nieces and nephews; Stacy (Rod) Draper, Brittney (Lynyrd) Freeman, Leah Van Winkle, Ben (Ashley) Noffsinger, Kristen Dimmett, Trevor Noffsinger, Jessi Shover.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday March 29, 2025, from 10:00 – 10:30 a.m. at Old Friendship Church, 12255 Friendship Rd. Lynnville, IN. 47619 with Pastor Josh Sanders officiating.
