Clinton "Clint" Harrell
Clinton "Clint" Harrell, 68, of Upper Pittsgrove, passed away peacefully on March 5, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family.
Born in Elmer, Clint was the son of the late Council Ennis Jr. and Barbara Sickler Harrell. He graduated from Camden County Vocational Technical School in 1975 with a degree in welding.
Clint devoted his life to the family business, C. Harrell Trucking, where he worked as a truck driver, mechanic and later as owner and operator. Known for his strong work ethic and dedication, he spent many years on the road and took great pride in continuing the business that meant so much to his family.
Clint had a lifelong passion for racing and proudly carried on the family tradition of sponsoring a successful race car team. He was the proud car owner of the C. Harrell #35 Big Block Modified, a car that became well known at local tracks. Friends and family often joked that he planned his entire year around the race schedule, and if there was a race, Clint was sure to know about it. He was also an avid NASCAR fan who loved following the sport.
After retiring, he happily traded trucks for flowers, spending his time helping his wife, Stacey, at their flower farm, Slabtown Petal Pickers. Clint was also a loyal Philadelphia Eagles and Philadelphia Phillies fan who loved cheering on his teams each season.
Clint was a man of strong faith, which guided the way he lived his life - with kindness, humility, and a deep love for his family. Over the past year, he faced his health challenges with strength and determination, supported by the unwavering love of those around him.
Clint was known for his selfless nature and his willingness to always help others. He believed in doing things the right way, putting people first, and working hard to ensure his family was cared for and set up for success. Those who knew him will remember his generosity, integrity, and the quiet strength with which he lived his life.
Above all, Clint was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather who cherished time with his family. He found joy in the simple moments-race days at the track, watching a game, and being surrounded by the people he loved most. His family was the center of his world, and he was incredibly proud of his children and the lives they built.
He is survived by his loving wife, Stacey (née Ambruster); his children, Katie Sutton and her husband, Ethan, and Matthew Harrell and his wife, Valerie; his sister, Barbara Kincaid and her husband, Winfield, and their son, Jason; and his cherished grandchildren, Clinton Cade Harrell, Lily and Roman along with many extended family members and dear friends.
Services will be held on Thursday at Pittsgrove Baptist Church, 368 Daretown Road, Daretown, NJ 08318. A viewing will begin at 10:00 AM, with the service to follow at 12:00 PM. Burial will take place in the church cemetery immediately following the service.

The checkered flag may have waved for Clint and the #35, but the legacy he built and the love he shared will continue to race on for generations.
