Clova Jeannine Bennett Stewart, age 86, passed away on Sunday, September 28, 2025 in Georgetown, Texas.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 P.M., Saturday, October 4, 2025 at Roscoe Church of Christ with Aaron Solis officiating. Burial will follow at Roscoe Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Cate-Spencer & Trent Funeral Home.

Clova Jeannine was born on March 25, 1939 in Roscoe, Texas, to Wilburn Fredrick and Ida Mae (Stovall) Bennett. She married Gene Allan Stewart on June 22, 1957 in Ropesville, Texas. She was a longtime member of Roscoe Church of Christ. She worked for Roscoe State Bank for many years before retiring. Jeannine was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother.

She is survived by her sons, Dwayne Stewart and wife Tammy, Darrell Stewart and wife Anita, Devin Stewart and wife Debbie, and Danny Stewart and wife Kelly; grandchildren, Randall and Sarah Stewart; Keith and Courtney Stewart; Scott and Elena Stewart; Kody and Christina Stewart; Steven and Josh Stewart; Jason and Leah Stewart,; Kyle and Isabella Stewart; Leslie and Samuel Romero; Tara Stewart and Logan Stewart; great grandchildren, Oakley, Primrose, Bennett, Casey, Jack, Mary, Kenna, Carmela, Carter, Michelle, Amelia, Elena, Emilia and one on the way; and sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Gayland Seaton, Lynda Calvert, Debbie and Robert Dale Finley.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Ida Bennett, husband, Gene Allan Stewart, four brothers and one sister.
