Clyde M. Ferguson, 79, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, September 12, 2025, in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

He was born on May 15, 1946, in Worth, West Virginia, to the late Willie B. and Helena (Jones) Ferguson.

Clyde grew up in West Virginia and graduated with the Elkhorn High School Class of 1965. Not long after, he made Harrisburg his home, where he lived a full and meaningful life surrounded by family and friends. He proudly served his country in the United States Army and was honorably discharged, carrying that same sense of dedication and service throughout his life.

Clyde was a hard worker, spending more than a decade on the road as a tractor-trailer driver, but he was always happiest in the company of those he loved. He had a special way of bringing joy to everyday moments - whether hunting for treasures at yard sales, sharing stories while working on cars, or enjoying the freedom of riding his motorcycle. His warm heart, easy laugh, and adventurous spirit left an impression on everyone who knew him.

Above all, Clyde valued family. He was deeply proud of his roots and cherished his time spent with loved ones. He will be remembered as a brother, uncle, and friend whose kindness and love touched many lives.

Clyde is survived by his brother, Stewart Ferguson; along with a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends who will carry his memory close to their hearts.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his son, Clyde "Marty" Marcel Ferguson in 2017; his brothers, Otha Ferguson, Connie Ferguson, June Ferguson, Shirley Ferguson and William "Billy" Ferguson; and his sister, Viola Ferguson.
