He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Lou of 63 years and brother J.T
Survived by sister, Teresa McMinn of Odessa and bother John of Abilene, His sons Clyde Lynn and Wife Cheryl and Russ and wife Bonnie, five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
He established Vernon and Fletcher Automotive from 1956 until 1990. He loved racing motorcycles and cars and was an avid pilot.

Clyde was a good friend always was great to see him at the EAA breakfast. He was always happy. Our thoughts and prayers to his family. His is a great loss and will be missed.
