Clyde Herron Obituary
Frank was born on April 30th, 1941, in Louisville TN. He graduated from Friendsville High School and moved to Southern California where he married Phyllis. He started a career in baking with Harold Freund Baking Company in CA, then later worked at Swan's and Merita Bakeries in TN from which he retired. In his "retirement" he became very active with the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians of which he truly enjoyed. Frank cultivated a whole, new "tribal family" with the tribal and family members in North Carolina.
Family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 PM, Saturday, February 17, 2024 at Smith West Chapel. Funeral service will be at 2:00 pm with Rev. Calvin Murphy officiating. Family and friends will assemble for interment at 3:00 PM, Saturday, February 17, 2024 at Grandview Pavilion.
