Cody Eisenhart, Sr. Obituary

It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the untimely passing of our beloved Cody Allen Eisenhart, Sr., age 30, on Tuesday, January 27, 2026. Cody was a resident of Dallastown, where he made his home with his wife and soulmate, Elizabeth, and his best friend and pal, Cody, Jr., age 8.

Cody was born in York on August 1, 1995, to Kenneth Eisenhart, Jr., of Red Lion, and Michelle (Eppley) Jones of York. In addition to his wife, son Cody, Jr., and his parents, he is lovingly survived by his son, Noah Lee of Altoona; his brother, Austin Eisenhart, and his wife, Marissa, of Norfolk, VA; his stepmother, Melissa of Red Lion; his three stepbrothers, Nathan and his wife, Melanie, of Phoenix, AZ; Shane and his fiance, Shayna, of Lititz; and Logan and his companion, Jorrdynne, of Millersville. He is also survived by his paternal grandparents, Kenneth, Sr., and Debra Eisenhart of York; his maternal grandparents, James and Rae Lynn Eppley of York; his aunts, Angela Eisele, and her husband Walter of Everett, and DeannaEppley of York; along with many cousins and extended family members who will forever cherish his memory. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Sharon Rose Weitkamp.

Cody was a gentle and kind soul whose presence brought joy to those around him. His big, mischievous smile often made you wonder what he was up to, while at the same time warming your heart. His bear hugs were always welcome and comforting. Cody had a true passion for cars and possessed an impressive understanding of the intricate details of how they worked.

Cody took great pride in his work at Stauffer Biscuit Company and truly loved his job. When he wasn’t putting in long hours at work, he could often be found at home enjoying time with Cody, Jr., especially playing video games together. Summer evenings were frequently spent shooting hoops in the front yard. Cody was an incredible father and even taught Cody, Jr., how to ride a bicycle at just two years old. His world absolutely revolved around that little guy, who will forever carry his father’s love with him.

Cody was deeply loved, and his passing has left an immeasurable void in the hearts of his family and friends. The family extends their sincere gratitude for the many thoughts, prayers, and expressions of support during this incredibly difficult time.

Private services for Cody will be held at the convenience of the family. For those wishing to assist the family financially, contributions may be made by visiting www.wagner-elfner-burg.com/make-a-payment. All funds received beyond funeral expenses will be placed into an account for Cody, Jr.
