Visit the Rogers and Taylor Funeral Home - Tremonton website to view the full obituary.

Cody Carl Larsen, 29, passed away on September 1, 2025, at McKay-Dee Hospital, surrounded by his loving family, after a courageous battle with Wilm’s tumor and cancer.

Cody was born on September 20, 1995, at the old McKay-Dee Hospital in Ogden, Utah, to William “Cody” Larsen and Bonnie Darlene (Stephensen) Larsen. He spent his early years in Tremonton, Utah, attending McKinley Elementary before moving to Ogden at age 10. There, he continued his education at Lynn Elementary and later attended Ogden Preparatory Academy (MOPA), before graduating from Da Vinci Academy. It was at Da Vinci where he built lifelong friendships with Tyler Reddish, Tyler Thorson, and Norm Buddy.

Following high school, Cody attended Ogden-Weber Applied Technology College, where he earned his degree in Business and Technology. He worked various jobs before beginning his career at Nutraceutical, where he was a dedicated employee for eight years.

Cody had a creative spirit and a big heart. He loved designing characters for games, spending time gaming with his friends, going to movies, and attending Comic Con (FanX) in Salt Lake City. His greatest joy was his family and the time he shared with those he loved. He was a lifelong member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Cody is survived by his parents, William “Cody” and Bonnie Larsen; his grandparents, William and Kandi Larsen; his sister, Shelly Lyn Larsen; and many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins, including John and Nancy, Ken, Jane and Patrick, Wayne and Lorraine, Jay and Brenda, Jean, Boyd and Alisha, Frank and Heather, Philip, Kadee, Callie, Tiffany and Justin, and Willie and Katelyn.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, John and Darlene Stephensen, and Nancy Peterson; his aunt, Charlotte; and his cousin, Jill.

A viewing will be held on Friday, September 5, 2025, from 5:00–7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 6, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., with a viewing prior from 9-9:30 A.M.
