Cole Lora Pearson

CLUTIER-Cole Lora Pearson, 26, of Clutier, passed away Saturday, November 16, 2024 at Premier Estates of Toledo. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, December 21, 2024 from 4-7 PM at the ZCBJ Hall in Clutier.
Cole was born on November 8, 1998, in Waterloo, Iowa, the son of Blake Pearson and Shelley Hubbard Kriz.
He graduated from Union High School in 2016. Cole formerly worked for Pipestone Systems out of Minnesota, working on a farm outside of LaPorte City.
Before he got sick, he liked playing football. Cole enjoyed fishing, playing video games, listening to music, and going to races in Vinton and Marshalltown. He mostly enjoyed the time spent with friends and family. Cole loved his cats and dogs (especially dogs). Because he had to spend the last couple of years in care centers, he made a lot of friends with staff and residents at Sunnycrest in Dysart and Premier Estates in Toledo.
Survivors include his parents, Shelley and Mitch Kriz of Clutier; three brothers, Jacob Pearson of Clutier, Calyb (Hellen) Kriz of North Carolina, and Conner Kriz of Iowa City; two sisters, Tessa Pearson of Iowa City and Taylor Wanatee of Marshalltown; his paternal grandparents, Gary and Linda Pearson of Clutier; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Blake Pearson; paternal grandmother, Carol Pearson; maternal grandparents, Don and Darlys Hubbard; and cousin, Tyler Hubbard.
