Colette Marie Fraley, 69, of Port Charlotte, Florida, passed away peacefully on November 15, 2025, in Atlanta, Georgia, surrounded by the love of her family.
Born to Mary G. Kanazik and Edward C. Ulbrick, Colette spent her life cultivating practical skills and passions that grounded her; cooking for others, tending her garden, caring for animals, and above all surrounding herself with music. These interests shaped much of her daily life and were constants she shared with family and friends.
Colette is survived by her sons, Jason (Dee) Fraley and Neal (Rachelle) Fraley; her grandchildren Sashia (John), Elijah, Angellica, and Gawain; and her great-granddaughter Vivienne.
She leaves behind memories that will be held close and the lasting influence of the things she cared about most. Colette will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who were lucky enough to know her.
