When Colette was about 9 years old I had dinner at the Schembri home in Old Bridge. It was a tradition each night after dinner that Colette would sing... For Her family this was a nightly routine, but it was my first time hearing Colette sing. I will never forget it. It is the sweetest memory of her. She would stand and make up songs about her day. Priceless!
