Plano, Texas - Colleen J. (Reeves) Craig, 92, of Plano, Texas, passed away peacefully on August 19, 2025. She was born in Anthony, Kansas, to Albert and Wilma (Pinkerton) Reeves and grew up in Kingman, Kansas. A graduate of Kingman High School and Wichita Business Preparatory School, Colleen worked as an Executive Secretary at Beechcraft for 35 years and later with the Wichita Grand Opera.

A lifelong lover of music, she sang in school, church, and community choirs, and treasured the opportunity to perform at Carnegie Hall. She was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church in Wichita, Kansas, and the Order of the Eastern Star.

Colleen is survived by her children Mark (Julie) Craig, Terry (Laura) Craig, and Shawn Craig Wilson; 12 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents.

She will be remembered for her warmth, her devotion to family, and her constant smile.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests memorial contributions be made to a charity of your choice in Colleen's honor.

I am sorry to hear of your mother“s death. We moved next door to the Craigs on New Years Eve of 1971. She and I had music in common and visited over the back yard fence occasionally. She was a very pleasant person and was always well groomed.
