Colleen Czichotzki, 65, beloved wife, was called peacefully to her eternal resting place on September 24, 2025.
Colleen Kaye Ochsner entered this world on April 26, 1960 in Fargo, ND, born to Ruben and Dorothy Ochsner. She grew up attending schools in Fargo, graduating from Fargo South High School in 1978.
Colleen met the love of her life, Larry Czichotzki, at Skateland, in 1979. They married on June 6, 1981 at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Fargo.
She worked with the Fargo Public Schools briefly after high school before going to work for Bethany Homes in Fargo in Dietary Services where she retired after a 28-year career. She loved her fellow staff and residents she worked with.
She always enjoyed reading People magazine, and really loved the social events that were held while she was at Elim. She loved to be around people. She was like her father in that she enjoyed getting out, meeting people and getting to know them.
Colleen loved the Lord and studying the Bible. She had a strong faith and knew that she was saved. She is now enjoying a life free of pain with the Lord.
Colleen is survived by her husband, Larry Czichotzki; brother, Allan (Marlene) Ochsner; sister-in-law, Wanda (Bruce) Swenson; brother-in-law, Brian Czichotzki.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother-in-law, Dennis Czichotzki; nephew, Jacob Ochsner.
Funeral: 2pm, Monday, September 29, 2025, at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Fargo, ND with a visitation from 1-2pm.
Prayer Service: 4pm, Sunday, September 28, 2025, at Elim Care Center Chapel, Fargo, with a visitation from 2-4pm.
Burial: Sunset Memorial Gardens, Fargo, ND.
