Lynn Thompson Obituary
Lynn Douglas Thompson, 85, Dent, MN died Sunday, November 23, 2025 at home.
Lynn was born on November 11, 1940, in St Paul, MN to Maxine Edith (Wolf) and Leonard Reinhold Thompson. He graduated from Pelican Rapids High School in 1958. Lynn served honorably in the Air Force as an Airman Basic at Otis Air Force Base, Massachusetts from 1958 to 1962.
For his life's work, Lynn sold health and life insurance for Minnesota Protective Life, Minnkota Underwriters and later Dakota Protective Insurance.
Lynn was a member and Past Master of Shiloh #1 Masonic Lodge (1969), the Scottish Rite of the Valley of Fargo and a Past Potentate (1993) of El Zagal Shrine, Fargo, ND.
Lynn is survived by his wife, Pat; children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and siblings.
A Masonic Service and celebration of his life will be held at the Masonic Center, 1405 3rd St N, Fargo, ND, December 2 at 11:00.
