Colleen G. Tatum

Colleen G. Tatum, 82, of Kingston, Georgia, passed away on Monday, August 26, 2024. She was born in Murray County, on November 16, 1941, to the late Earl and Dimple Gallman.

Colleen was a great cook. She was loved by everyone and was certified for having the best hugs.

Colleen is survived by her husband, Billy J. Tatum; daughter and son-in-law, Cheryl and Ronnie Crane; son and daughters-in-law, Billy J. and Heather Tatum Jr., Keith and Evelyn Tatum, Michael and Lori Tatum; sisters and brother-in-law, Margie and Buddy Clance, Fredia Clance; grandchildren, Christa McKinney, Rod Tatum, Joshua Tatum, Colby Crane, Jonathan Tatum, Calah Canciani, Zoey Tatum, and Zachary Tatum; fifteen great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, August 29, 2024, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Trinity Baptist Church.

The funeral service will be held on Friday, August 30, 2024, at 2:00 PM from Trinity Baptist Church with Rev. Dwaine Shadix and Rev. Bobby Tatum officiating. Burial will be held in Georgia National Cemetery at a later date. Pallbearers are Josh Tatum, Zachary Tatum, Colby Crane, Radney Tatum, Jonathan Tatum, and Wynne Clance. Honorary pallbearers are the women of Mannington.
