Concetta M. (Connie) Allard (nee Malvasi), 90, passed away March 4, 2026, in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Connie was born August 5, 1935, the youngest child of Filippo and Immaculata Malvasi.
Connie married Harold F. (Bud) Allard on June 13, 1959, and the couple enjoyed almost 56 years of marriage until Bud’s passing in 2015. She was the devoted mother of Phillip (Kathy) Allard of Loveland, Ohio and Paul (Alicia) Allard of El Paso, Texas.
She was a 1954 graduate of Niles McKinley High School, member of St. Pius X parish and 60-year resident of Warren, Ohio. Connie relocated to Cincinnati in 2020 to be near family. Connie was a dedicated homemaker, school and parish volunteer, and a talented cook and baker.
In addition to her sons, Connie is survived by four grandchildren, Matthew (Jackie) Allard, Margaret (Nick) Milano, Sarah Allard and Daniela Allard, and four great-grandchildren. She was a beloved aunt to numerous nieces and nephews and a cherished friend to many.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and five siblings, Rose Malvasi, Josephine Minerd, Joseph Malvasi, Ann Paolucci, and Michael Malvasi.
Family and friends may call 9:00 to 10:30 AM on Friday, March 20 at The Joseph Rossi and Sons Funeral Home, 457 Robbins Avenue, Niles, Ohio.
Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM at Saint Pope John XXIII Parish- Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 381 Robbins Avenue, Niles, Ohio preceded by a 10:30AM prayer service at the funeral home
Interment will be at All Souls Cemetery in Cortland, Ohio.
Arrangements are being handled by The Joseph Rossi and Son Funeral Home in Niles.
