Concetta "Connie" (nee Picariello) February 23, 2024. Beloved wife of Ralph Cella. Devoted mother to the late Luca Cella (Jean DeFortuna). Loving grandmother of Nina Cella (John DiPierro). Sister of Anna DiPaola, Carolina Nigro, Antoinetta Villecco, and the late Umberto, Benito and Victor Picariello. Also survived by her many loving nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to her Viewing Tuesday February 27, 2024 8:30AM until 10:30AM at The Monti-Rago Funeral Home Inc. 2531-35 South Broad Street Philadelphia PA19148. Funeral Mass will be held at Holy Spirt Church 1845 Hartranft Street Philadelphia PA 19145 at 11AM. Ent New Saint Mary's.
