Denise Fortunato Obituary
Denise Marie (nee Massaro). January 16, 2026. Loving wife of the late Frank Fortunato. Devoted mother to Daniel Fortunato and step-mother to Philip and Christopher Fortunato. Dear Daughter of the late Dominic and Marie (nee Mancinelli) Massaro. Sister to the late Joanne (Billy) DePena, Patricia Massaro, Michael (survived by Denise) Massaro, and Lisa Massaro. Daughter-in-law to Frank (Mary) Fortunato. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Denise was a member of local 752 Treasurer's and Ticketsellers union. She enjoyed the company of coworkers while working at the various stadiums, arenas, and prestigious theatres throughout the city. Denise loved the beach, summers down the shore, and vacationing to the islands. She loved to dance but what made her most happy was cooking for her family, friends, and loved one's; always making them comfortable and instilling a foundation of traditions, compassion, and loving family support which permeated through everyone in her family circle.
She is loved and will sadly be missed.
Relatives and friends are invited to her VISITATION Tuesday January 27, 2026 9AM to 10AM at THE MONTI RAGO FUNERAL HOME 2531-35 S. Broad St. Service to follow at 10AM (at Funeral Home). INT. Private.
