Concetta Rose "Tina" DeCaria, 80, of Weirton, WV, passed away on Wednesday, October 8, 2025. Born December 5, 1944, in Steubenville, Ohio, she was one of six children of the late Salvatore "Sam" and Rose M. Tripoli DeCaria.
A 1963 graduate of Weirton Madonna High School, Tina devoted more than 40 years to her family's businesses, first as a clerk at The International Market in Downtown Weirton and later at DeCaria's Market on Weirton Heights. Quiet by nature, she found simple joy in watching television and faithfully attending the 4:00 PM Mass at Saint Joseph the Worker Church, where she was a lifelong member.
In addition to her parents (Sam in 1982 and Rose in 2008), Tina was preceded in death by her sister, Josephine (1946).
She is survived by her brothers, Dr. Frank (Debra) DeCaria, Charles DeCaria, and Vincenzo (Belinda) DeCaria; her sister, Theresa (Norman) Stonebraker; and many nieces, nephews, and extended family who loved her dearly.
Visitation: Thursday, 4–7 PM at Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home, 3219 Main Street, Weirton.
Mass of Christian Burial: Friday, 11:00 AM at Saint Joseph the Worker Church, Weirton.
Interment: Saint Paul's Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Saint Joseph the Worker Church, 229 California Avenue, Weirton, WV 26062.
