Concetta Micciulla Obituary
Concetta "Lucia" (nee LoGiudice). Beloved daughter of the late Carmelina (Magnano) and Rosario LoGiudice, devoted sister to the late Sebastiano LoGiudice and Lucia (Formica), the late Antonio LoGiudice and Christina, living, Maria (LoGiudice) and Fulvio Oliveto. Devoted wife of the late Sebastiano "Benny the Tailor" Micciulla, Loving mother to Adriana, Louis (Sharon, Nicolas and Anthony) and George. Loving aunt to nieces Elina Lamia, Nadia, Daniela, Carolina, Elina McCann, Marianne and nephews Rosario and Alessandro as well as great-aunt to Olivia, Alexa, Alex, Santino and Alessandro Jr. and many cousins.
It is with heavy hearts, we, the children of Lucia, announce the sad passing of our Beloved Mother after a long battle with dementia. The Lord has welcomed her home on June 5, 2024. She was 90 years old. Lucia arrived in America in 1954 from her beloved Sicily. With her husband, Sebastiano, they provided a beautiful home for their children and worked very hard to achieve the American dream. They were both successful proprietors of L & B Tailoring located in Philadelphia for many years. There were many people who had the honor and privilege to know her and were always touched by her warm, gentle and graceful spirit. A child of God who loved the Lord and was a Devout Catholic. She touched so many souls in her lifetime, leaving behind a Legacy of kindness, strength and humility. A loving wife and mother who, under any circumstance, was always there for her family, offering wisdom, support and her Love in abundance! Our family will commemorate her incredible journey and to celebrate her life and the love she spread.
Relatives and friends are invited to her VIEWING, Monday, June 17, 2024, at the Epiphany of Our Lord Church, 11th and Jackson Sts., from 9:00AM to 10:30AM. Followed by her funeral mass at 11:00AM. Ent. Calvary Cemetery, Cherry Hill NJ.

I miss you so much that my heart physically aches. How was I bestowed such a gift of you in my life for 90 years and yet I feel like it flew by and it wasn´t enough! You always made me feel like I was the most wonderful person in the world and I hope I made you feel the same because you were! Love you very much.
