Conley Dorman Lloyd

Conley Dorman Lloyd was born on December 4, 1938, in Laurel County, KY, to the late James and Retha (nee Lawson). He peacefully passed away at home in Cincinnati, OH on January 3, 2026. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Linda (nee Webster), in 1979. He is survived by his second wife, Joyce (nee Durham), whom he shared his life with until 2021.

He was the beloved father of David (Melanie) Lloyd, Barbara (Bill) Hays, Joe Durham, Dewana (Ron) Dunn, Kelly (Bill) Edwards, and J. Peter (Jesse) Lloyd; the loving grandfather of Jessika (Nicc), Ben (Taylor), Blake (Kendra), Makaya, Addison, Katelynn, Ella, Teagan, Grant, Ava, Laney, Emry, Titus, Austyn (Emma), Dylan, Reagan, Camden, Mia, and Mason; and the cherished great-grandfather of Jayden, Jaylen, Jayamiliana Mili, Penelope, Harrison, Brody, Keaton, Colton, Liam, Valerie, Millie, and Baker.

He was a dear brother to Melvin (the late Ann) Loyd, Billie (the late Preston) Richardson, Georgie (the late Jeep) Hoepker, Jimmy (Mary) Lloyd, and the late Jerry (the late Gloria) Loyd. He was a fun-loving uncle to many nieces and nephews, and a loyal friend to many cousins, neighbors, and fellow church members.

He was a devoted member of Friendship Baptist Church, where he faithfully served in nearly every position. He proudly served with the Cincinnati Fire Department for 20 years. He was also a member of Cincinnati Fire Fighters IAFF Local 48 and Lafayette Masonic Lodge #483 F&AM.

The family will receive friends at Friendship Baptist Church, 8580 Cheviot Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45251, on Tuesday, January 6, from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. If desired, memorial donations may be made to Friendship Baptist Church.
