Mrs. Cotten was born on March 25, 1954 and passed away on Thursday, April 11, 2019. Mrs. Cotten was a resident of Scottsboro, Alabama at the time of passing. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 13, 2019 at 12:00 p.m. at First United Methodist Church with Dr. Steve Screws officiating. Interment will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at the church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to First United Methodist Church of Scottsboro.
