Connie Lee Gabhart, age 89, of Forks Lane, Mackville, KY passed away at 12:36 p.m., Wednesday, August 27, 2025 at his residence.

A native of Washington County, he was born on May 29, 1936 to the late Wilbert Lee and Oneita Cooksey Gabhart.

He attended the Mackville Christian Church, was a retired employee of General Electric Company of Louisville and a retired farmer.

Preceding him in death was his wife, Nancy Settles Gabhart on September 20, 2020; daughter-in-law, Kristina Gabhart on June 24, 2019; great grandson, Brady Layne Gabhart on December 9, 2006; great granddaughter, Melody Celeste Gabhart on November 28, 2024 and a sister, Shelby Jean "Jeannie" Dean Lanham on October 27, 2021.

Survivors include two sons, Doug Gabhart and Randy Gabhart (Theresa) of Willisburg; six grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren and two sisters, Lynda Perry of Springfield and Janice Fraley (Zeke) of Lexington.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, August 30th at the Carey & Son Funeral Home with Bro. John Herndon, officiating.

Burial will be in the Peter Cemetery at Mackville.

Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Jennia Young, Amanda Roution and Jackie Smith.

Serving as casket bearers will be Brian Gabhart, Scotty Gabhart, Blake Gabhart, Taylor Gabhart, Hunter Tingle and Jesse Tingle.

Visitation will be from 4 until 9 Friday and after 8:00 Saturday morning at the Carey & Son Funeral Home.
