Connie Hutton

Connie Hutton, 60, Breckenridge, MN, passed away on Sunday, December 7, 2025, at her home under the care of CHI Health at Home and her family. A memorial service in her honor will be held on Friday, December 12, 2025, at 2:00 pm, at St. John's Catholic Church in Wahpeton, ND. Visitation will begin at 1:30 pm at the church.

It is with warm hearts and joyful memories that we celebrate the life of Connie Hutton, 60, of Breckenridge, MN.

Connie Cae Hutton was born on January 25, 1965, in Rugby, ND, to Allan and Cathey. As a young girl, Connie was full of spunk and adventure. She was known to hide animals such as frogs and goslings in her pockets or under her shirt to sneak them into the house, where she could keep a closer eye on them.

Connie was a vibrant force in her community, making her mark in the world of auto detailing and sales. Customers would travel great distances to have her bring their cars back to their former glory. Known lovingly as the "Walleye Whisperer," she had a unique talent for fishing, always reeling in the best catches with a smile and a story. Her passion for fishing was matched only by her fervent support of the Minnesota Vikings, a team dear to her heart.

Beyond her professional achievements, Connie was known for her kindness. Young children and animals were drawn to her, especially the deer she fed daily in her yard. Local families trusted her to care for their beloved pets, and often, she would bring treats to the residents at St. Francis Home, sharing her warmth and joy with those around her. Her generosity, laughter, and love for life will be missed dearly by all who knew her.

Connie left us on December 7, 2025, at her home, under the care of CHI Health at Home and her family, but her spirit continues to shine brightly through the countless lives she touched. As we gather to honor her life, we invite friends and family to join us in celebrating the amazing woman she was.
