Connie Lesh Obituary

Connie Lesh
Connie Lesh, 81 of Midland, went home into the arms of Jesus peacefully surrounded by family on November 16, 2025. Connie was born to the late Bruce and Lillie (Randall) Dunn on August 19, 1944.
Connie moved to Midland after high school and worked for a short time for Dow. She then worked for local doctors as an office manager, billing agent, and medical transcriptionist. She decided to get her BSN but unfortunately couldn't complete her degree due to medical issues. After almost a decade later Connie worked diligently and earned a bachelor's degree in Creative Writing from SVSU at the age of 59.
Connie was an avid reader and loved to do crafting. Her home is decorated with cross-stitch, hardanger, and her passion was quilts. She made many quilts for her family and people of the church such as infant dedications, sick and shut-ins, and memorial quilts. She was very dedicated to her church and worked in the church office.
Connie is survived by her husband of 48.5 years, Daniel Lesh; children, Patty Maza, Randy (Verge) Manyen and Ben Lesh; grandchildren, Ted, Oceann, Laney, Lincoln, and Lily; great grandchildren, Amelia and Miles; siblings, Dr. Darrel Dunn and Ireta Craft.
She is preceded in death by two of her siblings, Edwin Dunn, Eileen Dunn.
A cremation has taken place per her wishes and a her remains are laid to rest in the Midland Municipal Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider Eagle Ridge Church of God in her honor.
A special thanks to MyMichigan Hospice staff, especially Corie and the prayer warriors from Eagle Ridge Church of God.
God was gentle with her and she will be greatly missed.
