Connie Taylor Obituary

Publish in a newspaper

Connie Diane Taylor age 70 of Dardanelle, passed away Tuesday, October 21, 2025 surrounded by her loved ones at her home. She was born September 5, 1955 in Springfield, Oregon to the late Jack Owens, Jr. and Florene Spears Owens. We lost a beautiful wife, mother, hard worker, sister, friend, Sand Lizard and person. Heaven however, is rejoicing in the homecoming of a precious soul and devout Christian. Life is measured not by quantity but quality and authenticity. So celebrate each step you took, each hand you held, each smile that shook the world with pure delight and love. Now they're dancing in the stars above. Through every dusk and every dawn. Keep dancing to the music sweet, until once more our souls reunite. Connie was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her husband, Oscar Junior Taylor; three children, Preston Maggard (Samantha), Shay Maggard (Amber), Brandy Marie Everette (Jason); one brother, Larry Owens and six grandchildren, Brooklyn Maggard, Lane Everette (Jadyn), Dusty Everette, Waylon Everette, Anna Maggard, Benjamin Maggard and her dear poodle Ruby.

Connie's family would like to express a special thanks to the dear nurses at Kirkland Family Medical Clinic.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00P.M., Friday, October 24, 2025 at Cornwell Funeral Chapel in Dardanelle.
