Connie Willwerscheid, 91, of Eagan. Born May 8, 1934, died September 27, 2025. Preceded in death by her husband, Robert; her granddaughter, Alyssa Ettl; and son-in-law, Matt Ettl. Survived by son, Stephen (Debbie); and daughters, Dianne (Brian) Frazier, Karen (Bill) Wyss, Tracy (Gary) Grassle, and Jennifer Ettl. She tried for years to get her 13 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren to call her "Grandma Exotic". She is also survived by her sister Diana Robbins, many cousins, nieces, and nephews. Connie was a proud graduate of Saint Mark's Catholic School, Saint Joseph's Academy, the University of Minnesota, St. Thomas College, and Macalester College. All this education gave her a true "Gift for Gab". She was exceptionally proud of her career as an Auditor for the State of Minnesota, Dept. of Transportation. Mass of Christian Burial 11AM Tuesday, October 7 at the Church of St. Peter, Mendota. Visitation 5-8PM Monday, October 6 at Willwerscheid Funeral Home, 1167 Grand Ave., St. Paul, and at church 1 hour before the Mass. Burial at St. Peter's Cemetery. Connie's kindness was evident to all who knew her. She was warm, gentle, and caring. She was a beautiful presence in our lives. We will miss her. Memorials are preferred to Grace Hospice.
