Conrad Evans

Conrad Patrick Evans, age 15, of Wisconsin Rapids passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, February 12, 2026.

Services will be at 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, February 19, 2026 at Herman-Taylor Funeral Home in Wisconsin Rapids. Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. until the time of services on Thursday at the

funeral home.

Conrad was born April 29, 2010 in Wisconsin Rapids to Michael Evans and Julianne Esser. He was a sophomore at Lincoln High School in Wisconsin Rapids, where he proudly played on the school's football team, as well as many other sports growing up. He loved golfing and helping his dad coach the Wisconsin Rapids Raptors and WRAMS football teams. He also enjoyed singing and playing video games on his Xbox. Conrad treasured time spent with his family and friends, going to the YMCA with his brother, and caring tor his beloved pets. He also worked for the Wisconsin Rapids Rafters.

Conrad is survived by his mother, Julianne Esser; father, Michael Evans; step-mother, Sara Jakubiak; brother, David Evans; sister, Torihatta Wendorf; paternal grandmother, Barbara Evans, maternal grandfather, Dennis Esser; maternal great-grandfather, Patrick Esser; maternal grandmother Tina Visgar; aunt, Joan Willman; uncles: Brandon Visgar; Talon (Samantha) McKenzie; Josh Evans; close cousins: Brandon Visgar II, Maximus McKenzie, and Vanessa Visgar; great uncle, William Woehr; Patrick Gatterman; and countless close friends, family, and mentors. He is preceded in death by his maternal great-grandmother, Judith Esser; and paternal great-grandparents: "Oma" Hilde Woehr and "Opa" Robert Woehr.

Memorials may be designated to the Rapids Raptors Youth Football and Cheer Program or the Boys & Girls Club of Wisconsin Rapids.
