A graveside service will be 10:00 am Friday, August 16, 2024 at Memory Gardens in Nederland, TX.
She was born March 4, 1941 to Otis Reckard and Martha Elizabeth (Tony) in Montgomery, West Virginia.
She is survived by her sister, Julia Sue Keffer and Robert of Kirbyville; nieces, Teresa Blevins of Beaumont, Bobbi Holder and George of Kirbyville ; nephews, Mark Keffer and Betty, Curtis Keffer and Tania.
