Maria Sena

April 30, 2023

Connie was my favorite aunt, who also was very close to my dear mother, Anna Sena, the eldest of the five Lazzaro siblings who will be a centenarian this year. I could always talk freely with Connie on subjects I found difficult to discuss due to her open-minded, non-judgmental, loving and generous nature. She took me to my first psychic at the age of 18, introducing me to the hidden magic and mysteries of our world. We stayed in touch and could always easily pick up right where we left off despite the many miles that separated us after my move to California over 40 years ago. She was the humble keeper of many secrets who never ceased to surprise me along with her casual humor and common sense wisdoms shared during many memorable visits across the kitchen table. As a loving presence and wise caregiver, she leaves behind grateful footprints on the hearts of the many lives she so generously touched along her blessed path.
