Constance Cramer Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Chiles-Laman Funeral & Cremation Services - Shawnee on Mar. 18, 2026.
With heavy hearts and deep sorrow, we announce the passing of Constance Cramer, age 60, of Lima, Ohio.

Constance was a beloved mother, grandmother and friend whose love for her family was the center of her world. She had a gentle heart and a caring spirit that touched the lives of all who knew her.

She found joy in the simple things-the color purple, beautiful roses, and elephants that always made her smile. Those small things reflected her warmth, kindness, and the loving person she was.

More than anything, Constance loved her family. She was a proud and devoted mother to Amber Charlene Tussing and Bobby Joe Tyler Decker. Her children meant everything to her, and the bond she shared with them was deep and unconditional.

Her grandchildren were the light of her life and brought her endless happiness. She leaves behind her cherished grandchildren: Lilyonna Kilpatrick, Jaden Johnson, Madilyn Tussing, Liam Tussing, and Rose Decker whom she loved dearly and was incredibly proud of. She also leaves behind her husband, Jerry Cramer, and her siblings: Glennda Marshall, Thomas (April) Engle, Anthony Furlong and Tricia (Walter) Culp. She is preceded in death by her parents, George & Patricia (Hester) Engle, and the following siblings: Aaron Wade Hester, Clinton Engle and Kelly Krotzer.

Like many people, Constance faced challenges in her life and made mistakes along the way. But she was working to make things right and striving to move forward with love, growth and a better path. That effort showed her strength and the heart to become the person she wanted to be.

Constance's presence brought love, comfort and strength to those around her. She will be remembered for her caring nature, her love for her family, and the moments of kindness and warmth she shared with others.

Cremation will take place and the family will share memorial or celebration of life details at a later time.

Though our hearts are broken and the loss feels overwhelming, the love Constance gave will live on through her children, grandchildren, and all who knew her.

Those we love never truly leave us. They live on in the memories we hold, the love we carry, and the stories we share. Constance will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.
