Connie and I went to Fairwood elementary school together, Barrett Junior high and Central High School. She rode to school with me almost every day. Though we rarely kept in touch after I joined the Army, I always considered her one of my closest friends back home. Your loss is deeply felt.

Connie, my friend, although unheard, I thank you for always being there. You sent word of comfort when I as in Desert Storm (war). You sent Church services and more. You meant so much to so many, but now your work is done, it’s time to rest, so rest my friend.

Heavenly Father, in this time of sorrow, I pray for my dear friend and her family. May Your loving arms surround them, providing solace and strength. May Your presence be a gentle balm upon their wounded heart, bringing comfort in their darkest hours.

Grant them the peace that surpasses all understanding and help them find hope during their grief. Lord, may they feel Your loving embrace and know that You are with them, guiding them through this difficult journey.
