Constance Kapitzke Obituary
Conni is survived by her son Douglas Kapitzke (daughter Hannah) ChyAnne Townsend (husband Derek) (sons Jeremiah and Nathan); Siblings Donna, Mike, Kathy, Judy, Kevin, Nancy and Kelly and a ton of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Tony and sisters Rose and Mary.
Visitation will be held on Saturday January 24 from 2-4 pm at Westgor Funeral Home in Neenah with Celebration of Life to follow at Holiday's Pub and Grill in Neenah.
Conni was an adamant supporter of the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. In lieu of flowers, she would be honored if you made a donation to that charity.

I have fond memories of you and our years in the trenches. You were a unique combination of strong, bright, intuitive; quick thinking, with quite a wit and humor!! Your wonderful gifts are missed!!
