Constance "Connie" Lash

Connie A. Lash, 86
Connie A. Lash, 86 of Ashland passed away peacefully Wednesday afternoon, November 12, 2025 in University Hospitals Samaritan Medical Center.
She was born on September 20, 1939 in Ashland the daughter of the late Clayton and Ruth (nee McCormick) Mundorf.
Connie graduated from Ashland High School, Class of 1957. She married the love of her life, Terry Lash on August 12, 1958.
She retired after more than 20 years from Ashland City Schools, where she served as the secretary to the Assistant Principal and Athletic Director; and previously was the school librarian at Montgomery Elementary School.
Connie was a lifetime member of Park Street Brethren Church, where she sang in the choir and was a member of the Christian Heirs Sunday School Class. She was an avid card player, enjoying playing bridge and euchre. Connie also enjoyed watching sports at Ashland High School, Ohio State Football and all of Cleveland teams.
She is survived by her loving husband of 67 years, Mr. Terry Lash of Ashland; one son, Timothy (Marsha) Lash of Vanderbilt, Michigan; her daughter-in-law, Mary Lash of Pensacola, Florida; three grandsons, Michael (Darean) Lash of Pensacola, Florida, T. Payne (Mary) Lash of Ashland and Garrett Lash of Elmira, Michigan; two great grandchildren; one sister-in-law, Kay Mundorf of Elyria and several nieces and nephews
In addition to her parents, Connie is preceded in death by her son, Jeffory Scott Lash, who passed away on January 20, 2022; two sisters, Beverly Martin and Patricia (Merle) Queer; and one brother, Kenneth Mundorf.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 24, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. in the Park Street Brethren Church with Reverend Nate Bebout presiding. Friends and family may visit one hour prior to the service at the church from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.Interment will be in the Ashland Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Park Street Brethren Church, 619 Park Street, Ashland, Ohio 44805.
