Constance Parker, 71, of Winter Haven, Florida passed away on January 2, 2024. She was born in Saginaw, Michigan but moved to Florida over 40 years ago calling it home.
She was an IT specialist. Constance was very active in her community. She enjoyed projects of all kinds, she loved doing fixer uppers, making things beautiful again, and there was not a home improvement project that she couldn't handle.
Constance is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Joyce Buhl. She is survived by her loving daughter, Tiffany Rodriguez; grandchildren, Tevin Rodriguez, Jaden Rodriguez and Jaley Rodriguez; great-granddaughter, Tessa Rodriguez; sisters, Kandy, Kimberly, and Jennifer. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

My first memory of Constance was middle school when her family moved to Hillman. She accepted the Hillman country ways with a smile. Very nice memories of her from school.
