Constance "Connie" Dianne Phillips, 75, of Trail, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, November 2, 2025, at Aviva Hills in Canton, Ohio.
She was born on March 1, 1950, in Dover, Ohio, to the late Merlin and Clara Jean Troyer.
She married Denver "Skip" Phillips on September 6, 1968. She had a passion for horses and a love for line dancing that she enjoyed doing with her husband. She worked several places throughout her life including Mt. Hope Auction, Amish Door Restaurant, Killbuck Savings Bank, Snyder & Company - CPAs, and Heini's Cheese.
She was a devoted Christian and was a member of Berlin Christian Fellowship.
Preceded in death by her brother, Galen Troyer, she is survived by her husband, Denver "Skip" Phillips, sons - Richard "Rick" (Ed Murray) Phillips, Troy (Linda) Phillips, and Scott (David Kling) Phillips, five grandchildren - Kayla (Tyler) Miller, Josh (Miranda) Phillips, Jon Phillips, Anthony Phillips, and Elizabeth Phillips, four great grandchildren - Aiden, Everett, Chase, and Hadley.
Per her wishes, family and friends are invited to gravesite services on Friday, November 7, 2025, 11 a.m. at Westlawn Cemetery in Winesburg with Paster Chad Stutzman officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the American Diabetes Association.
