Her ringtone on her phone was from the song "Jesus, Take the Wheel", performed by Carrie Underwood. She was born in Danbury, Connecticut on 08/08/1947. Her father served in the Navy during WWII onboard of a submarine as a Torpedoman. She loved to read books which numbered in the thousands. She is a self-taught author of the book, "Not Three Seconds More" My Story of domestic violence. It is a memoir of her marriage to Walter Berg, of 37 years. After the divorce in 2002 she was able to live in peace for 23 further years. Her professional career was as a secretary for a business that was in the satellite communications industry which contracted with the Department of Defense and NASA. She loved nature, listening to soundscape music, her dog and watching the local news. She had a loving heart. She is survived by her son who is a USMC veteran having served in Security Forces overseas and his family who will care for her remains.
