Constance Tornabene, loving wife of the late Joseph Tornabene, mother of Debra (Anthony) Colando, a cherished mother, grandmother, sister, passed away peacefully March 12, 2026, at the age of 91. Born on April 17, 1934, Constance lived a life filled with love, laughter, and countless memories that will forever be held in the hearts of those who knew her.
Constance was a beacon of strength and kindness, guiding her family with grace and wisdom through both joyful and challenging times. She was a daughter to her late parents and a beloved sister to her late siblings—Mary, Rudy, Rich, and Frank—who she often reminisced about with warmth and affection.
As a mother, Constance found her greatest joy in nurturing her daughter. She was the proud mother of Debra (Anthony) Colando, instilling in her a strong sense of family values and connection. Her spirit to shine brightly through her grandchildren: Anthony (Samantha) Colando, Dana (Adam) Espada, Jon (Lisa) Colando, and her great granddaughter Anri. To them, she was not just a grandmother but a confidante, a source of comfort, and a relentless supporter of dreams. Constance's bond with her sister Carmella (late Carmen) Lamendola, was special; they shared a connection that many sought—a friendship that transcended the typical sisterly relationship, filled with fond memories and shared experiences. As a beloved aunt, she was the proud aunt to many nieces and nephews, creating memories that will forever be cherished across generations.
Her warmth and love will be felt deeply in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing her. Constance Tornabene leaves behind a legacy embodies compassion, resilience, and unwavering for her family. Though we mourn the loss of this remarkable woman, we celebrate the vibrant life she lived and the profound impact she had on each of us.
