Corinne Marie Ocker

Corinne Marie Ocker, born on September 25, 1942, in Denver, Colorado, to Leland and Inez (Porter) Lockett, passed away peacefully at her home in Snyder, Colorado, on May 25, 2025. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
Corinne married Jerry Ocker and to this union the couple had three children Jeri, Brad, and Mark. Sadly in 1978 Jerry passed away.
Corinne attended Colorado State University and dedicated 25 years of her career as a 911 dispatcher for Morgan County and Adams County. She also served as a librarian at the Logan County prison and as a substitute teacher for Brush Schools. Her love for books, antique shopping, and traveling was well known, as was her passion for watching animals in her yard.
Corinne was a long-time member of the Snyder United Methodist Church, where she found a community of faith and friendship.
She is survived by her children, Jeri Walker and husband Bill Foster, Brad Ocker and wife Neilene, and Mark Ocker and wife Marie and sister-in-law Sandy Lockett. Her legacy continues through her grandchildren, Robert Walker and wife Courtney, Allison Segura and husband Nick, Kevin Walker, and Rye Ocker, as well as her great-grandchildren, Easton Groves, Payton Groves, Ross Walker, and Tarik Segura.
Corinne was predeceased by her Husband Jerry Ocker, parents, Leland and Inez Lockett, and her brother, and Thomas Lockett.
A Memorial Service will be held on June 27, 2025, at 2:00 pm at the United Methodist Church in Fort Morgan, Colorado, to celebrate her life and legacy.
