Cornelia Mae Miller

Cornelia (Corky) Mae Miller was born on March 24, 1931 in Taylor, Michigan to John and Mary Pidruchny. She passed on January 1, 2026 at the age of 94.
She was the beloved wife of Gerald (Jerry) Miller for 78 years until her passing. Corky and Jerry had three children, Sharon, Clifford and Andrea. She is survived by her husband, 2 daughters (Sharon Miller Mallare and Andrea Miller Blocker) and one grandchild, Vanessa Muraszewski (Lozzi).
Corky enjoyed a career in restaurant management starting with Corky's Drive In which was opened by her parents in Taylor, Michigan. Her occupation was followed by many roles at local hotels/restaurants.
She loved the arts, specifically ballet and Frank Sinatra. Her passions also involved traveling, skiing, the beach and lakes, and of course will always be known for sense of fashion. Her beauty was both inside and out and followed her through out all her years, never waning.
Corky will be remembered as someone who enjoyed life to its fullest, a beautiful smile, her infectious laugh and love of her family and friends.
The family has planned a Memorial Service at Lynch & Sons Funeral Home 340 North Pontiac Trail, Walled Lake (3 Blks. S. of Maple Rd.) Saturday, January 10th at 12 PM, with visitation from 11-12pm. A luncheon will be held at Wixom Station, 49115 Pontiac Trail in Wixom, immediately following. All are welcome to attend.
