Cory Redding, 41, passed away on Friday, October 10, 2025.

Funeral services will be on Friday, October 17, 2025, at 10 A.M at All Faiths Funeral Home. Dan Naranjo and Rick Davison will officiate. A Committal Service will be held at 11 A.M at Grand Island Veterans Cemetery. A reception will follow at Alda Community Center. Memorials are suggested to the family for future designation. Cory was born on February 2, 1984, to David Redding and Nancy Davis. Cory grew up in Grand Island, later entering the United States Navy, serving for four years. Following the Navy, Cory worked as a Sales Manager at Best Buy for fifteen years. Cory loved his dogs, playing video games, taking photos, and camping with his son Xander Redding.

Those left to cherish his memory include his son, Xander Redding; mother, Nancy Davis; siblings, David Joe Redding and Taylor McManus; grandma, Ethel Redding; friend, Amanda; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends that loved him.

Cory was preceded in death by his father, David Redding; brother, Cody Redding; grandpa, Eugene Redding; grandma, Annabell Thomas; step-grandpa, Billie Thomas; uncles, Gene Davis, Paul Leetch, and Jim Welch; aunts, Patty Thayer and Vicky Davison; and cousins, Nova Lee Januelwicz, Amanda Jo Swanson, Jim Welch Jr., and Jeff Welch.
