Cosimo LePera, a distinguished tailor, immigrated to the U.S. in 1972 with hopes of a better life for his family. Having honed his craft at Scuola Di Taglio Moderno in Milan, Italy, he tirelessly worked to provide for his family, even putting both children through college. He cherished family gatherings, whether at his famous summer barbeques or holiday celebrations. Cosimo loved soccer and football and was known for his unmatched generosity in spirit, love and support.
In addition to his devoted wife, he is survived by his cherished children, Giuseppe “Franco” LePera and his wife Karen; Annunziata (LePera) Pasquale and her husband David; four grandchildren, Risa (LePera) McGurn, Sara LePera, Jack Cosimo Pasquale and Matthew Aiello Pasquale; his great-granddaughter, Maeve McGurn; and two sisters, Angelina LePera and Rosaria “Lisa” LePera. He was predeceased by his brothers Antonio LePera, Salvatore LePera, and sisters Teresa Petrone and Assunta LePera.
