Mr Eric Mays fault for his city and was non-apologetic because he wanted what right for the peopl I met Mr Mays in January came in from out of town my child wanted to meet him she came in from Texes to meet him mr. May took pictures with my child did a PSA for my child for I foundation Mikey23. I am very sad because we gonna do some work together we roll down in the elevator laughed. I´ve never met Mr Mays but want to share my sadness of his passing . Gone too soon. I would watch reels of his council meetings and it brought so much laughter to my days. Truly enjoyed his personality, he was a real one. A one of kind and will truly be missed in this world.

I met him a long time ago and we were friends on facebook.we would chat sometimes but when he found out that i had lost one of my brothers in 2020 Eric sent a condolence message which truly meant a lot to me. what i admired most about him was how he always spoke up for Flint.he didn´t allow anyone to silence his big voice and i have no doubt that he´s still letting his voice be heard. When I was a member of Damascus. Holy life Baptist church, Mr. Mays was with us. Along with few other churches and we walked around the downtown area Praying for The city of Flint.
