Courtney Elaine Lamb, 37, of Moore, SC passed away Tuesday, November 11, 2025. She was born in Spartanburg, SC on October 1, 1988 to Deida Kay Lamb and the late James Scott Lamb.
She attended Clemson University and earned her associate’s degree in nursing from ECPI. Courtney was previously employed with MUSC, where she was known for her compassion and dedication to her patients. She was a member of Nazareth Presbyterian Church.
Courtney had a passion for gardening, especially growing beautiful flowers. She was an artistic soul who loved storytelling, music, and spent hours with her creative writing. She loved riding ATVs, motocross, and motorcycle racing, and had many special memories from those experiences. She also loved the beach, especially Boca Grande, Florida.
Energetic and outgoing, Courtney’s smile could light up any room. She was confident, strong-willed, and always protective of those she loved. Family and friends were her whole heart, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Courtney is survived by her mother, Deida Kay Lamb; brother, Tyler McCullough (Jessica); niece and nephew, Macie Grace and Brock McCullough; maternal grandmother, Marion Elaine Wade; aunts, Marion F. Wade, Shelley Russo, and Donna Winsell; uncle, Scott Turner (Cheryl); cousins, Cayce, Landon, Tabitha, Abbey, Jason, Corey, and Greer-Anne; special friends, Casey Bishop and Cassie Dolly; and godfather, Jamie Hacking. Along with her father, she was predeceased by grandparents, Clint Turner, Don A. Wade, and Dewey and Ruby Lamb, and aunts, Renee Matthews and Wendy Wade.
Memorial services will be 2:00 PM on Saturday, November 22, 2025 at J.M. Dunbar Funeral Home, 690 Southport Road, Roebuck, SC 29376. The family will receive friends following the service.
