Coy Christopher of Bismarck, Arkansas, passed away at the age of 76 on January 4, 2025.
He was born in Batesville, Arkansas on May 11, 1948 to Ceburn and Faye Christopher.
Coy was a hard worker, and a jack of all trades. He loved to hunt elk, but most of all he loved his grandkids.
Coy was preceded in death by his parents, a granddaughter, and a brother.
He is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Pamela Christopher; son, Jacob Christopher (Brittini); daughter, BJ Gottschalk; grandchildren, Braylee Christopher, Gracie Christopher, Lance Disotell, Erich Porter and Blake Gottschalk; five great-grandchildren; and one brother, Roy Christopher (Theresa).
Services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 8, 2025 at Ruggles Wilcox Chapel. Visitation will be prior to the service from 1:00 p.m to 2:00 p.m. Burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Friendship.
Pallbearers will be Lance Disotell, Erich Porter, Jonathan Christopher, Bud Rybard, Brian Bridges and Matt Garner. Honorary Pallbearers are Donnie Cannon, Darrell Parsons and Gene Barnes.
Arrangements are by Smith Family Funeral Home/Ruggles-Wilcox Chapel, www.smithfamilycares.com.
